Your Personally Identifiable Information Collected by Hearts Want

In order to place an order with Hearts Want, you must register for an account. We maintain your registration information and order history on our servers. Our registration form may require you to give us certain information such as your first and last name, email address, and postal address. Hearts Want will also collect other information you volunteer to us through use of our service that can identify you as a specific individual. If you place an order for goods, you may be required to enter billing and shipping address, and/or other contact information. 

We do not process or store any credit card details in our servers. Credit card details are obtained and processed by PayPal. 

Reviews of gifts will display first and last name of those users who have posted such reviews. Hearts Want also may use your personally identifiable information to “pre-populate” forms that are used by the Site to facilitate transactions with us. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our Web site, and to collect demographic information for internal purposes. Hearts Want strives to optimize your shopping experience by ensuring our Site's ease of use, keeping track of your shopping cart and storing your current session information. This is achieved by placing cookies on your computer.

Gift Recipients' Personally Identifiable Information Added by Users

When placing an order for a gift, you may be required to enter some personal information of the gift recipient such as the gift recipient's name, birth date, gender, and their relationship to the user. As such, any user should obtain the consent of other individuals prior to entering their information on the Site. Hearts Want respects the privacy of the gift recipients entered into our system and will not share any personal information of gift recipients with third parties other than for the purposes enumerated under ’When We May Disclose Your Information’ below.

Email Newsletter Subscriptions

The "Newsletter" page collects information for customers/visitors willing to receive occasional emails about special discounts and/or new product announcements. All our newsletters contain a link to unsubscribe. You will not receive newsletters from us again if you choose to unsubscribe.


If you are a registered user, you may decide not to receive any communication from Hearts Want or decide not to use our service. You may edit your registration information from your My Account page. You can uncheck the box related to sending communications to you via email. If you wish to delete your account, you may do so by sending an email to us through our Contact Us page.
